Refund Policy & Commitment

At Passprometric, we are committed to the success of our subscribers. Based on the excellent feedback from our subscribers and their consistently high pass rates in licensing exams, we are confident in the quality and relevance of our MCQs banks. Our dedicated team continuously refines and updates our MCQs Banks using real exam recalls to provide you with the best preparation experience.

We firmly believe that with structured study and full utilization of our platform, most candidates will succeed on their first attempt. However, in the unlikely event of failure, we offer a 50% refund of your subscription fee as a gesture of support, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Offer applies only to 3-month or longer subscription plans.
• You must complete the entire MCQs bank and reset it at least once.
• Submit proof of exam failure (e.g., scan, screenshot, or email) taken no earlier than 2 months and no later than 5 months from your subscription start date.
• Refund applies only to the first exam attempt after subscribing.
• Candidates who have availed their full licensing & registration services with Passprometric and using our resources but did not pass are also considered, regardless of the above criteria (at our discretion).

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Change of mind or mistaken subscription.
• Exam cancellations or not appearing in exams.
• Incomplete usage of the question bank.
• Submission of fake or altered exam result documentation.

How to Request a Refund:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Subscription proof or payment confirmation
• Official exam failure notification (PDF, image, or screenshot)
• Date of the exam and the name of the licensing authority
• Country Name, Bank name & Your IBAN Number

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14–21 business days.
